Groove.cm

Groove is a CRM to create funnels, blogs, memberships, e-commerce websites and more. However, I don't recommend using the email marketing app as they don't have a SMTP. Despite having a lot of potential, Groove has issues, especially on their blogging app. I still recommend them because you can save on hosting costs and installing thousands of plugins.

Kit

I used several email marketing apps in the past like Mailchimp, Moosend, Sender, Brevo and Mailerlite. After Kit (formerly ConvertKit) extended their free tier to 10000 subscribers, I obviously switched to them. And never looked back. Kit has more features than any other app in the market. They even allow using their address in your emails.

Flexclip

I use Flexclip to create and edit all my YouTube videos. They have a lot of stock videos, video templates and images. They also have AI to create videos from texts, subtitles, voices-overs, etc. However, I do not recommend using the music library as I got a copyright strike once. Kortex

If you have used a project management tool like Trello or Notion before, I believe you will love Kortex. Although it's in Beta right now, but you can start using it without issues as they add more features. It's minimal and less overwhelmiing than any other tool I used before. But I love the fact that I can refer to my notes on the sidebar, while I am writing a social media post or a blog article. Give it a try and you will not go back to your old app.

Sociamonials

Sociamonials is a social-media scheduling app that has a lot of features. You can schedule posts, reposts, run sales campaigns, contests, track traffic and shorten links too. The best part is that almost all social media platforms are included including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. I have started using the app recently and have not found any issue till now.

Koala

I use Koala to generate first drafts of articles. The quality of the generated articles have improved over time as new AI models came out. However, if your primary business is building niche sites, I don't recommend using any AI app, including Koala. But you can use it to write other forms of articles.
